Terms of service
These Terms apply to your use of Syncry and purchases made from the store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. Customers must be legally able to enter into a contract and must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
Syncry aims to display product information accurately. Colours, packaging, and visual appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing batches. Products are subject to availability, and placing an item in the cart does not reserve it.
Before payment, checkout displays the selected products, price, currency, shipping costs, available delivery details, and other charges collected by Syncry. An automated order-receipt email confirms receipt of your order request; it does not always mean the order has been accepted. Syncry may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, an invalid address, payment failure, legal restriction, or a reasonable fraud concern. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Website text, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, and other original content belong to Syncry or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence. Consumer disputes will be submitted to the courts or authorities determined by mandatory jurisdiction rules.
